Q. Are your glasses dishwasher safe?
A. Tenth Avenue Productions has taken every precaution to produce the finest glassware possible; however all glassware WILL fade over time.  For that reason we recommend hand washing to get years of use from your glassware.

Q.  Do you guarantee your product?
A.  YES!  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase price entirely upon receipt of your returned purchase.

Q.  Is that a silk screen or a decal?
A.  Decal!  In order to reproduce the wide range of color that you see, a decal provided the best quality.

Q.  Can I get any other size of glass?
A.  We have chosen what we feel will be the most popular sizes of glasses.  Please contact us if you prefer another size and we will add it in the future if we receive enough requests.

Q.  What do I do if my glassware was broken upon delivery?
A.  Simply send back the damaged item and we will replace the item and reimburse you for 'standard' shipping charges.

Q.  Is it legal to use the actual song title on the glass?
A.  YES!  The song title is NOT protected by copyright laws.

Q.  Are your products officially licensed?
A.  Tenth Avenue Productions, Inc., has no affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, license, or endorsement from Bruce Springsteen, The E Street Band, or any agent or entity representing them. All persons and scenes depicted on our products are fictional and any similarity between any circumstances, characters and information depicted on Tenth Avenue Productions products and actual people or locations is purely coincidental.

Q.  Is my order secure?
A.  If you are using Netscape 3.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, all personal and credit card information is encrypted for your protection. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your transaction is safe. Just make sure all the SSL security features are turned on in your browser's preferences or options.

Q.  How long does it take to get my glasses?
A.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.  Your order always ships within 48 hours.

Q.  Are you going to produce the 'rest of the album'?
A.  Our current plans are to produce four songs from every album before completing an album.  This will allow the most fans to see their favorite albums turn Glassic.  However, the SQUEAKY WHEEL always gets the oil.
